During the year MWR offers many bus trips to all authorized personnel. It has fast become a tradition to visit Washington, D.C. and New York City. These trips are usually highly anticipated and well attended by the patrons. A particularly popular bus trip is the one to NYC in December to see the Christmas Show at Radio City Hall featuring the Rockettes!
Activities throughout the year include ski trips, fishing trips, and the opportunity to purchase tickets for sporting events. The ceremonies take place at sunset on the Training Center's parade grounds, are open to the general public, and there is no admission charge. Children are welcome to attend, but should be accompanied by an adult.
