Employee Assistance Program Coordinator
The Employee Assistance Program Coordinator (EAPC) represents the Employee Assistance Program contractor (CG SUPRT) as the Work-Life regional point of contact. They also manage the assigned regional Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Suicide Prevention Awareness, and Workplace Violence programs.
- Serves as the point of contact for all employee assistance issues – liaisons with CG SUPRT program
- Manages responses and provides services to those impacted by critical/traumatic incidents to include workplace violence incidents

Family Advocacy Specialist
- Serves to help reduce and prevent family violence within the Coast Guard by promoting healthy family life via relevant information, resources, and referrals
- Assists individuals and commands when maltreatment incidents occur

Family Resource Specialist
- Provides assistance with special needs program enrollment, resources, and referrals
- Provides information and referral services to dependent care services (such as child and elder care) for active duty members and civilian employees

Sexual Assault Prevention Response & Recovery
The Sexual Assault Response Coordinator:
- Ensures appropriate care is provided to victims of sexual assault
- Tracks the services provided from the initial report through final disposition and resolution
- Coordinates all training, prevention and response efforts in area of responsibility

The Victim Advocate Response Specialist:
- Provides a wide range of essential support and advocacy services, training and education, response, reporting and follow up for sexual assault matters
- Serves as the primary initial point of contact for victims
- Works closely with the SARC to ensure comprehensive care for victims throughout the victim’s recovery process
