If a cancellation will affect the operational capability of the unit, ensure that the Operational Commander is notified and concurs with the request prior to submitting it.

If orders have not been issued, a message is not required. The unit may simply call TQC to delete the training request from Direct Access and then submit a new ETR for a new date.

Once a member’s orders are cancelled, a new ETR is required for the member to attend training.
