MWR Facilities and Services

Authorized Users. Authorized users include active duty military, their dependents, retired military and their dependents, civilians employed by the Coast Guard (appropriated, CGES, and MWR) and their dependents, and others as authorized by TRACEN Petaluma.

Training Center Petaluma Morale, Well-Being, and Recreation (MWR) is requesting your feedback on quality of events and services at TRACEN Petaluma and what you would like to see in the future. 

There are two versions of this survey. One is for permanent part and the other is for students, dependents and retired members.  The survey questions are the same, but having these two versions helps limit duplicate responses.  Both versions are anonymous.
