Welcome, the Container Inspections Training and Assist Team (CITAT) provides Coast Guard Sectors and port partners with a multitude of services including Container Inspection training, Explosive Load Out training, Multi-Agency Strike Force Operations (MASFOs) support, Industry Outreach and Education seminars, Inspection supplies, hazmat transportation advice and assistance, Department of Defense (DOD) movement inspection support and support DOD with shipping HAZMAT.
