Force Readiness Command Training Division (FC-T)

Branches

Operations Branch (FC-Tot)

Operations Training branch provides program managers and rating force managers within Deputy Commandant for Operations (DCO) with high quality workforce performance consulting services and training management support.

Mission Support Branch (FC-Tms)

Mission Support Training branch provides program managers and rating force managers within Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS) with high quality workforce performance consulting services and training management support.

Performance Technology Center (FC-Tptc)

Maintains Coast Guard Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for Analysis and ADL; conducts performance analyses; designs, develops, and disseminates ADL; design evaluations for PTC products; assists major acquisition projects; provides SABA Front End Analysis training bi-annually, oversees the Coast Guard's annual Human Performance Technology (HTP) Workshop; and develops HPT partnerships with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies.
